Photography: ..you got issues?

Was shooting random shots of my son the other day while waiting for his mother. Suddenly – while posing as a tough guy – he had this expression on his face. It reminded me of Sid Vicious, Johnny Rotten, Sex Pistols and their lazy, crazy “I don’t give a fuck” attitude.
So I decided to alter the photograph into a Sex Pistols inspired “rebelling youth”-poster.

Here’s how it turned out:

The graffiti wall and texts are created in Photoshop.
The photo is given a lot of contrast and then “torn” out using the Quick Selection tool. Some adjustments are made in the Refine Edge dialog box.
The color theme is from Kuler.
