DSRL video; Manual focus with a Capa viewfinder

Using a Canon 550D and a 50mm f/1.8 lens I shot this footage manually focusing with a Capa viewfinder.
Manually focusing is hard at first, you need to really know your lens and be able to quickly refocus when filming a live subject like in this video.
But when you get the right focus, it looks absolutely amazing. And getting the right focus is so much easier using a Capa viewfinder
No guessing when things are sharp or not on the small LCD screen.
This is not amazing footage, but still I think this video shows what quality can be made when focusing manually.
